At XTRA GIFT CARD, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your digital purchases. Due to the nature of digital assets, returns are generally only accepted if the gift card code remains unredeemed and is reported within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your gift card has not been redeemed or activated and falls within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to initiate the verification process.

  Code Deactivation

  Our security team will verify the status of the code; once confirmed as unused, the digital asset will be permanently deactivated.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Upon successful deactivation, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
